metal wastes that cannot be burned at all. Therefore, before disposing of these garbage as fuel, Ethiopia must first inspire its citizens to carry out a garbage
sorting operation to ensure collection. The combustion efficiency of garbage returned as fuel can be guaranteed to a certain extent.
Secondly, the garbage must be matured before being incinerated, and the organic matter in it must be converted into flammable gas like methane as much
as possible to separate it for use as fuel. After the incineration process contains a large amount of toxic components and carcinogens, the furnace is discarded.
After a series of treatments such as alkaline washing and filtration, it can be discharged as harmless waste gas and waste water, so as to ensure that the
waste-to-energy plant can effectively clean up urban waste without causing secondary pollution to the local environment.
Therefore, the development and construction of waste-to-energy plants is not as easy to solve as it seems. If it weren’t for China’s support and Ethiopia’s own
strength, it would be impossible to develop and build a waste-to-energy plant with truly environmentally friendly characteristics. Although it is not too difficult
for Ethiopia to ignite and burn waste to generate electricity, how to ensure that all kinds of waste slag produced by power plants meet environmental protection
requirements and ensure that the exhaust gas from power plants does not poison local residents is the country itself. Ways to solve the problem.
