Cable fixing hardware selection and installation instructions:
High-voltage cables are often single-core cables due to technical reasons. However, single-core cables have large impedances during single-phase operation
and have large line losses. Generally, it is recommended to arrange three three-phase single-core cables in order to reduce impedance. Therefore, the cable
fixing clamp is divided into single-core and three-core according to the number of fixed cables. The three cables are separated and fixed independently to
form a pin-shaped clamp as the cable terminal fixing clamp, and the structural feature is Y-shaped; and the three cables are all together. The structural
feature of the fixed and formed "product" type clamp is P type; according to the installation base, it is divided into ordinary type and base independent
fixed type, and the spring type is called shock-proof type.
Design requirements for cable fixing fittings:
The P-type cable fixing clip with three cables arranged in the product font should comprehensively consider the force distribution between the cables when
designing, and try to make the force uniform and dispersed, and at the same time, reduce the side of the cable when the clamp is compressed. It does not
pass through the friction force in the center of the cable to avoid slipping and bulging between the layers of the cable and destroying the electrical performance.
The spiral direction of the anti-vibration spring should be consistent with the direction of the internal thread of the compression nut, so that the spring tension
becomes smaller when tightening, which is convenient for operation, and the tension becomes larger to prevent loosening when reversing.
